 Mickey Hammel is a high school principal at Silverdale Baptist Academy in Chattanooga, TN. He envisioned the creation of the Inductive Study Curriculum after implementing inductive Bible study in the SBA Bible department and realizing its powerful impact on his students. Mickey began training adults for Precept Ministries in 2006 after serving as a student trainer for many years. God has given him the opportunity to serve as a student pastor, high school Bible teacher, professional baseball chaplain, and conference speaker. Mickey holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and Master's of Divinity from Western Seminary. |

 Kelley Daugherty is a writer and editor for the new Inductive Bible Study Curriculum and one of the founding members of The Veracity Group. She graduated from the Henry Grady College of Journalism at the University of Georgia in 1997 and began her career as a journalist and editor with several metro-Atlanta newspapers. Later, Kelley served in full-time ministry as the Women’s Ministry Coordinator for Church of The Apostles in Atlanta, where she led Precept Bible studies, coordinated retreats and conferences, and designed publicity pieces. Her involvement with Precept Ministries began in 1992 as an attendee at a Student Conference. Kelley is now a trainer for PMI and was also a writer for the Precepts For Life program with Kay Arthur. |
Jeremy Lucarelli graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Religion and is currently working on his Master’s of Divinity from Columbia Biblical Seminary. With a heart to disciple others in God's Word, Jeremy has been involved in the Student Ministry at Precept since 1997, a Precept leader since 1999, and is currently a Precept trainer. His recent career as a middle and High school teacher birthed the vision of infusing the life-changing tools of inductive study in the classroom. Jeremy saw first-hand the benefit of teaching God’s Word in a relevant way that challenges students to apply the Truth to their world view. His participation in the Veracity Group includes course development and organization, writing, and creative input. |

- Becky Lucarelli's education gave her experience in both fine art and commercial art. She worked three years as a researcher, editor and facilitator for a national marketing firm. Becky worked at Precept Ministries for nearly ten years, which included experience in the radio and television department as Program Coordinator and liaison to the advertising agency, Co-Producer of “Precept Live with Kay and Jan,” copywriter, and other commercial work. She later served as office manager and executive personal assistant to Kay Arthur. Her participation in the Veracity Group includes public relations, writing, content editing, layout, and creative input.

Kristen Hammel has been involved with Precept Ministries International as a student and teacher for more than 20 years. From 2000-2004, she worked for their Student Ministry and continues her involvement as a trainer. Prior to joining the PMI staff, Kristen lived in Houston, Texas where she worked for S.E.T.H.S.A. (Southeast Texas Home School Association) and HCYA (Houston Christian Youth Association). She also taught at ACCELL, a college-preparatory school for home-schooled students. She is one of the founding members of The Veracity Group and contributes to the production of the first-ever inductive Bible study curriculum for schools. |
